1. Fill out the enrollment form and the confidentiality agreement and email to requests@healthsumvet.com.
2. Obtain a back-up from the dairy: For DC305 herds use the SAVE\C command. For BoviSync herds we will need to be given access to the herd.
3. We will reply to you, acknowledging receipt of the forms and we will send you a specific Google Drive folder link for your back-up. Each Phibro region will have their own Google Drive folder.
4. Save the back-up file in your designated folder and let us know by sending an email to request to requests@healthsumvet.com.
5. About 2-3 days after the enrollment form and back-up ARE received a detailed Data Assessment for the herd will be sent for your review.
6. Import configurations for herds with quality data will begin and reports available within a week.
7. We will provide you with steps for automatic back-ups either VAS data release form or auto-back-up to Google Drive.
